AR and AP Match Screens – Search and Display House Bill, Master Bill and Vessel/Voyage or Flight No/Flight Date
The AR and AP matching screens can now display the following columns in both Outstanding Transactions and Transactions Selected for Matching grids. The ability to search on these fields will allow greater flexibility locating transactions being paid based on the information provided with the payment, which is often based on an operational number such as house bill, master bill or a vessel or flight number rather than a transaction or invoice number. New Features in ediEnterprise ediWebTracker Workflow Events are now visible to ediWebTracker users in all operational modules. Events complement tracking information already provided by Milestones. New registry settings provide for customization of the appearance of Events. MORE … ediBroker In ediEnterprise, DocBuilder documents traditionally use the Brokerage data (where a Brokerage job exists as part of a Shipment). This data is deemed to be more accurate because of the compliance obligation. An additional option has been included to allow customers to configure, per company, whether to continue to use the Brokerage job as the data source (default) or to use the Shipment as the data source. Note that where possible, if the Brokerage job is used as the main data source, data which does not exist on the Brokerage job will still come from the Shipment. MORE …
